Our Mission

Valley Isle Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization that does emergency animal rescue from 5 pm to 7 am, when other organizations are not available to respond. We answer police and fire department calls when there is an emergency with an animal involved and calls from individuals like you to help animals without any other options.

We started in 2003 as a small animal shelter and have slowly morphed into the emergency rescue organization we are today as the need grew. The funds donated to our organization go to help with veterinarian bills for dire rescues, transportation costs to get to the rescues (gasoline, vehicle upkeep), building costs for kennels for overnight or longer stays for the rescues, animal food costs, medical supplies, communication costs, and so much more. Valley Isle could not run and accomplish the rescues without folks like you and we and the animals appreciate your help immensely to help us continue our work.
